Thank you for your participation in the ATL EDGEWOOD Block Party! We are excited to partner with you for this event. Below is check in process for the day of. It is our goal to we make this process as smooth as possible. Please send any inquires to info@peachalliance.com or   404.446.0163 (text only).

Check In Process

Check in begins at 1pm. Check-ins after 230 pm are at risk of forfeiting their spot. 

All vendors must check in at the Bookstore Gallery 488 Edgewood Ave SE, Atlanta, GA 30312. 

Note: The street side of Edgewood that the Bookstore Gallery is located on will NOT be closed for this event, it is advised to walk to check in if you aren't vending 

Provide the Check-in Person your name, location you will vend, and business name. Also, provide the names of the people that will be helping you (limit 2).

Parking

Parking is extremely limited. The lots will be occupied by partnering event. Street parking is available on a first come first serve basis. 

Vendors must observe all city and neighborhood parking directions. PEACH Alliance will not be responsible for ticketed/booted cars. 

Please be aware that Edgewood Ave will be closed from Boulevard to Jackson for cars. 

During the Event 

Vendors, guests, and patrons are expected to adhere to a respectful code of conduct and discourage any mistreatment of any kind. Please report any unwanted behavior as soon as possible. 

For experience vendors: Patrons must give you an experience ticket to participate in your event. Do not discard the tickets as they will be how you will be reimbursed. 

For Food Vendors: Patrons must pay you directly for your food. Experience tickets will not be accepted. 

The block party is open from 3pm to 11pm. 

End of Event

Vendors are responsible for breakdown and disposal of trash generated by their activity. Failure to clean up after the event may result in a clean-up fee. 

All activity must stop by 11pm and the premises be vacated no later than midnight. This is a city mandated requirement.
